The human body is 70% water, an essential nutrient that helps transport nutrients and waste products in and out of cells, and is necessary for all body functions of digestion, absorption, circulation, and excretion. As a general rule, eight (8-oz) glasses a day should be taken to replace water lost daily through breathing, sweat, & other activities. Hence the need for clean, pure and “mineralized” water.
